My One-to-One 60 Minute Guided Workout Sessions are built completely around YOU — your goals, your fitness level, and the way you actually like to train. Whether we’re getting after it at Planet Fitness, Crunch Fitness, or your home gym, every session is designed to push you, motivate you, and keep things fresh so your body never gets stuck doing the same boring routine.
Expect a mix of strength training, conditioning, functional movement, cardio, and goal-focused programming with enough rotation and variety to keep workouts challenging, fun, and effective. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, confidence, athletic performance, or simply feeling better in your own body, we build the plan around what works for YOU.
You’ll also get additional workouts and at-home programming so progress doesn’t stop when the session ends. The goal isn’t just one good workout — it’s building consistency, confidence, and a stronger lifestyle overall.

Small Group Sessions

Our Small Group Training Sessions are designed for groups of 2–5 people who want the energy of training together while still getting personalized coaching and structured programming. Whether it’s friends, coworkers, couples, gym partners, or your accountability crew, these sessions bring the perfect mix of motivation, sweat, and fun.
Training can take place at Planet Fitness, Crunch Fitness, or a home gym setup, and every workout is built around the group’s shared goals and fitness levels. Expect a mix of strength training, conditioning, cardio, functional movement, and high-energy workouts that keep things challenging without feeling repetitive.
No boring circuits. No standing around scrolling your phone between sets. Just good music, good people, and workouts that push everyone to level up together.
Each group receives thoughtfully programmed workouts with enough variety and progression to keep things exciting while still helping everyone build strength, confidence, endurance, and consistency. Additional at-home workouts and programming may also be included so the momentum keeps going outside the gym.

Buddy Style sessions
The Buddy Workout is exactly what it sounds like — you’re hopping into the grind with me.
This is a lower-cost, high-energy training option where we work out together side-by-side instead of traditional hands-on personal training. You still get guidance, structure, motivation, and workout programming, but with a more raw, team-training style atmosphere that feels more like training with your brutally motivating gym friend than a formal session.
These sessions usually require a 2-hour minimum because we’re not rushing through workouts — we’re lifting, conditioning, sweating, pushing pace, and putting real work in. Expect a mix of heavy strength training, cardio, conditioning, functional fitness, and goal-focused programming designed to challenge both body and mindset.
Workouts can take place at Planet Fitness, Crunch Fitness, or a home gym setup depending on what works best. Whether your goal is building muscle, improving endurance, getting leaner, or simply training harder with someone who pushes you, the Buddy Workout creates an intense but supportive environment that keeps you accountable from start to finish.
